Everyday the butterfly comes pick up the bird to go play, the bird flies out of the cage freely and returns as it pleases. The cage is not a prison as commonly perceived, it's a home. It was inspired by the idea that we have set boundaries around us, our lives and thoughts are trapped within. Would life be more fun and if we can travel in and out of the boundaries freely? Afterall, the view from both sides are equally beautiful. One side offers comfort, the other offers possibilities, excitement and connections.

This piece of art is a showcase of our excellent and refined craftsmanship. Due to the complexity and the skills needed, we can only make one a month.

1. The diamond bird flips out of the cage from behind, but cannot be detached.

2. The entire piece is handmade, each piece will be slightly different.
