Returns and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept any Returns or Exchanges at the moment.
Please read all information provided on each product page carefully. Should you need more information on the product before making the purchase, please get in touch for product video and additional photos.
Repairs
All ANNA AND JANE Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from delivery. We have tight quality control on all ANNA AND JANE jewellery, however due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, ANNA AND JANE will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Should you require a repair, please contact us at service@annaandjane.com or by whatsapp +852 with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. ANNA AND JANE will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
Shipping cost incurred for repairs is borne by customer.
GIA Certificate
If the product is set with a GIA certified diamond, the certificate will be shipped together with the product. We are not able to re-issue the certificate, if it has been misplaced, a copy of if can be found at https://www.gia.edu/report-check-landing. If you did not keep a record fo the certificate number, contact us and we will retrieve it for you. For newly certified diamonds, the certificate might reach us later. If that is the case, we will provide the certificate number which you can check online, and mail the physical certificate to you as soon as we receive it.
Our products
Every single piece of our jewelry is hand made, no 2 pieces will be 100% identical, like art.
Gold
All ANNA AND JANE jewellery uses 18K Gold. For some pieces that platinum is used, it will be specified in the relevant product information.
Gold Color
18K Gold do not tarnish. 18K Rose Gold's color might become darker or redder over many years due to the use of copper in the gold alloy. This can usually be resolved by using a jewellery cleaner.
The color of rose gold used in our jewellery varies, especially when there is chain component in the piece, this is because the chains are made for us by chain design houses in Italy and Germany, whose formulas for Rose Gold differ from ours. The difference however, is not obvious.
Extensions
One extension is often included in our layering necklaces, with the option of an additional extension. We do not recommend using more than 2 extensions because that will alter the structural design of the necklaces, causing them to flip easily or not fall seemlessly onto the sides of the neck.
