Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping locally and internationally. To protect your merchandise, all shipments are insured. 

Local Delivery

We ship with DHL, or deliver by our own team. Signature and valid identity document required at delivery. 

International Shipping

We ship with Fedex with full insurance cover by Malca-Amit to protect your merchandise.

For a product that is lost during shipping and as per the verdict of the report of investigation carried out by the shipping and insurance companies, customer will receive a credit to the original value of the product. 

Signature required for all local and international delivery.  The packages will be sealed in an ANNA AND JANE plastic bag inside DHL or fedex' boxes.
